Thoughtfully put together, the specially curated feasts from Park Hotel Clarke Quay comprises an array of signature must-haves that are paired with unique interpretations of flavours which are perfect to kick start the Year of the Pig together as a family. To ring in the Year of the Pig, The Butcher’s Kitchen presents new dishes that feature pork as the marquee ingredient which are paired with familiar and beloved flavours that are guaranteed to make this year’s reunion dinner a unique one! Instead of the usual fish-based yusheng, opt for the 3 Treasures Porky Yusheng ($38.80) which is made with three key ingredients: golden roast pork belly, pork lard and char siew. For the main course, indulge in the Hebi Hiam Pizza ($18.80) which comprises cheese, fried crispy pork lard marinated with prawn chili and topped off with a heap of dried sambal prawn, that is then drizzled with prawn chili for a powerful spicy punch, and garnished with coriander for a fragrant boost.
