Enjoy a modern take on traditional delights that is prepared with the utmost care and precision. At this time of reunion, let Mitzo settle your meal with a modern touch to quintessential dishes such as the Peng Cai and Yu Sheng. Served on a beautiful platter arranged with a lofty stack of brightly coloured greens, the Salmon Yu Sheng ($78++ for 4 to 6 persons, $138++ for 10 persons) is topped with a unique blend of citron tea jam, homemade bean sauce, corn oil, and an ultra-fresh salmon. Another dish not to be missed is the Superior ‘Peng Cai’ ($418++ for 4 persons, $818++ for 8 persons) which is made with more than 13 ingredients that is simmered with Mitzo’s homemade broth for a greater complexity of flavours and fragrances.

Park Hotel Clarke Quay

Thoughtfully put together, the specially curated feasts from Park Hotel Clarke Quay comprises an array of signature must-haves that are paired with unique interpretations of flavours which are perfect to kick start the Year of the Pig together as a family. One of the key highlights of the menu is the Money Bag which is an intricately designed dish that is served with broccoli and features plump, golden brown beancurd pockets that are stuffed with succulent chicken, mushroom, bamboo shoot and Jin Hua Ham.

The set menus range from $378++ to $658++ based on the number of diners per table. Each set is inclusive of free-flow of red date tea and soft drinks, as well as a Chinese New Year carrier bag with red packets and mandarin oranges.

The Butcher’s Kitchen

To ring in the Year of the Pig, The Butcher’s Kitchen presents new dishes that feature pork as the marquee ingredient which are paired with familiar and beloved flavours that are guaranteed to make this year’s reunion dinner a unique one! Instead of the usual fish-based yusheng, opt for the 3 Treasures Porky Yusheng ($38.80) which is made with three key ingredients: golden roast pork belly, pork lard and char siew. For the main course, indulge in the Hebi Hiam Pizza ($18.80) which comprises cheese, fried crispy pork lard marinated with prawn chili and topped off with a heap of dried sambal prawn, that is then drizzled with prawn chili for a powerful spicy punch, and garnished with coriander for a fragrant boost.

Crystal Jade Restaurants

Relish in an outstanding selection of celebratory sweets and savory festive dishes at Crystal Jade restaurants.
