If they are not used to eating breakfast, you can start by having them eat a small amount first, and then have the rest of the meal mid-morning. As your child gets used to eating breakfast, slowly increase the amount of food they eat in the early morning. And even if you’re pressed for time in the mornings, ensure that your child has a good breakfast before they leave for school. By doing this, you help enhance their mental and physical performance and learning throughout the day.
