Cafes For Your Coffee Fix Before 8AM

The early bird catches the worm, but early (human) risers know that finding a cosy café that serves a good cuppa can be really tough. Ahead, we share four cafes that open before 8am so parents can get their morning caffeine fix or enjoy a good brekkie, with or without the kids in tow.

Bearded Bella

Bearded-Bella

Craving a good cup of joe? Stop by Bearded Bella, a quaint Melbourne-inspired eatery located along Craig Road. Beyond its aesthetically pleasing décor, the café has a versatile selection of food – highlights include Spiced Scramble, which uses turmeric and truffle for a clever twist on scrambled eggs, and Fowl Play, a yummy combination of savoury chicken, charred miso corn, roasted cauliflower and sage. With that being said, Bearded Bella might still change up their menu, so keep your eyes peeled!

From savoury treats like Truffle Shrooms and Pablo’s Beef to sweet fare like PB & Jelly, Amber Ember’s toast variations will satisfy even the pickiest of taste buds. As you recharge on a cuppa, your little one can sip on the Babycino, a child-friendly beverage topped with mini marshmallows and chocolate dust.
