#1 No-Bake Oreo Truffles

No-Bake Oreo Truffles

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Package of Oreo Cookies
  • 8 Ounces of Cream Cheese
  • Red Candy Melts
  • Pink Candy Melts
  • Rainbow Sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Crush the entire package of Oreo cookies into a bowl
  • Mix in the softened cream cheese until it reaches a playdough texture
  • Shape the mixture into balls and and freeze it for 10 – 15 minutes
  • Melt the candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals until the melts are smooth
  • Coat the truffles evenly with the candy melts
  • Finish them off with rainbow sprinkles

#2 Ombre Nutella Cups

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Cup Nutella
  • 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1-1/2 tbsp Milk
  • Red Candy Melts
  • Pink Candy Melts
  • White Candy Melts

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Combine Nutella, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk in a bowl until playdough consistency
  • Microwave the three candy melts in separate bowls, in 30-second intervals until the melts are smooth
  • Spoon the red candy melts into a lined cupcake tin first, followed by the pink candy melts
  • Take a spoonful of the Nutella filling and drop it into the center of the cups
  • Cover the filling with the white candy melts
  • Decorate with sprinkles and allow to completely harden in the fridge

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Ounces of Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Bag of Popcorn, popped
  • 4 Red Velvet Cupcakes, unfrosted

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Whisk the cream cheese, corn syrup powdered sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until it reaches a creamy consistency
  • Fold the bag of popcorn into the mixture
  • Crumble the red velvet cupcakes into a bowl and use a spatula to gently mix the crumbled cupcake pieces and the popcorn mixture
  • Spread the popcorn pieces on a baking sheet and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving
