Treasures from London’s prestigious Natural History Museum are coming alive in Singapore’s very own ArtScience Museum. From now till April, catch this incredible showcase of over 200 star objects belonging to some of the world’s greatest scientist such as Charles Darwin and Alfred Russell Wallace. Visitors will gain insight on the stories behind the extensive collection which houses items such as a handwritten extract from On the Origin of Species, a Martian meteorite, a ‘cursed’ amethyst and even a collection of insects from Alfred Russel Wallace’s Malay Archipelago expedition; all of which were carefully curated from the 18th century to present day. And it shows how these explorations have revolutionised mans’ understanding of nature.

Children can embark on their very own expedition through a running treasure hunt throughout the exhibition. Through this, the younger visitors will learn about nature, search for wildlife and make their own contributions to the natural world. ‘

When: Now till 29 April 2018
Time: 10am to 7pm daily (Last admission at 6pm)
Venue: ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands
