In celebration of McDonald’s 40th anniversary in Singapore, everyone’s favourite fast food giant has launched the brand new McDonald’s App offering exclusive deals and offers, available for download on App Store and Google Play Store from 22 July.
If you’re wondering if this is the same app as the currently existing McDelivery App, you would be happy to know that they are two entirely different apps. This new app works as an all-in-one comprehensive platform that incorporates familiar features of their website – such as McDelivery, My Feedback, Restaurant Locator and nutritional information – with a personalised experience through its exclusive ‘Deals’ tab.
With each deal redeemed, the McDonald’s App will start to recognise each customer’s preference so new and exciting deals can be introduced according to their buying habits. For example, if you often redeem dessert-related deals, the next time you return to the app, you will see more dessert offers available for you. Plus, once you download the app, new users will automatically receive a one-time welcome deal where you can get a Filet-O-Fish for $1 with any purchase!
These exclusive deals will be available for redemption at all McDonald’s self-ordering kiosks, restaurant front counters and drive-thrus except McDelivery and GrabFood orders, as well as McDonald’s outlets that are within campus sites. To redeem your offer, simply select the deal within the app and click ‘Activate’ to load up the QR code.
