A key highlight of the Singapore River Festival every year, SR Signatures uncovers the best dining options along the three quays – Clarke Quay, Boat Quay and Robertson Quay. To celebrate their victory with the river’s patrons, the winners of this year’s edition are coming together to offer promotions on their winning dishes and more from the month of October to 12 November.
This year’s SR Signatures welcomed on board some of the best in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry as its judges. The panel consisted of Co-Founder of They were selected as judges based on their diverse backgrounds, and catering to different palettes.
Some of the notable winning restaurants along the three quays include Violet Oon Satay Bar & Grill, Ramen Keisuke, Pasta Fresca, Dashi Master Marusaya, Tong Kang River Boat Dining and Bar Bar Black Sheep.
