#4 Salmon and broccoli lasagna

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes

1 small head of broccoli
1 shallot
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped chives
3.5 fl oz white wine
7fl oz cream
7 fl oz whole milk
4 tsp cornstarch
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper
1 lb fresh salmon filets
3.5 oz grated parmesean cheese Fresh or prepared lasagna sheets

1. Finely chop broccoli and set aside. Remove skin from salmon and pat dry. Cut into 1 inch chunks and set aside.

2. Finely chop shallot, parsley and chives. Set aside. In a pan, bring white wine, cream, milk and cornstarch to a boil. Add chopped shallots and herbs.
