Celebrate Christmas in Singapore (CCIS) is an organisation that fulfils the Christmas wishes of underprivileged children. This year, CCIS aims to fulfil the wishes of 1,000 children – each child has a budget of $50, which will usually be used to fund school essentials such as textbooks, shoes or bags.

Located at various shopping malls like NEX and [email protected], collect limited edition pocket calendar and magnifying cards when you make a donation in the kettle pots. The best part? The Christmas Kettling now has a cashless option which allows you to donate at the scan of a QR code, so let’s start spreading the Christmas joy today!

Where: Forum The Shopping Mall

5. Causes for Animals Singapore (CAS)

Animals have wish lists too! From as little as $10, we can feed these shelter animals for a week, ensure they are fit and healthy and lastly, hope that they are able to find a good home. Christmas is all about giving and helping, so let’s all play a part in improving the lives of our fur-friends as they, like every living thing, deserve all the love and care they can get. CAS hosts an annual donation drive, CAS Animal Day Out, where volunteers help to raise funds for the shelter. If you’re an animal lover, do check out this year’s successful donation drive and sign up when it returns next year!

6. Save Our Street Dogs (SOSD)

The spirit of giving extends to everyone, including our furry companions! SOSD’s Christmas Gift for a Cause encourages people to donate funds for over 400 dogs under their care, where a sum as small as $20 can help in maintaining a dog’s health and provide their meals for at least a week. Your donation not only saves lives, but you get a Christmas postcard that you can present to your loved ones if you really can’t think of anything to give them. Every donation counts, let’s make it a woof-derful Christmas for our fur-friends too!
