It’s time again for the one-week September holidays and if you’re still not sure what activities to plan for, we’ve found some of the best fun and educational activities out there that you and your child can enjoy.

Educational Activities

Code Masters Workshop (Ages 5 to 13)


Let your child develop creativity, inventive and critical thinking while learning science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics through Lego robotics, scratch coding and hands-on invention making. From coding and creating their own augmented reality game to discovering the secrets of artificial intelligence, there are six different kinds of project available for your child to explore!

When: 3 to 6 September
Time: 10am to 12pm, 1 to 3pm

English Tuition Bootcamp (Primary 4 to 6)
This newly-minted English Tuition Boot Camp is beneficial for students in Primary 4 to 6. During this five-day programme, your child will be taught skills and strategies that are needed to tackle all components of the English examinations. They will acquire a systematic approach to solving questions with precision and focus on building their strengths. The boot camp is also a great way to boost your child’s language competency and examination performance!

PSLE Peak Programme (Primary 5 and 6)
Specially curated for students preparing for their PSLE, this holiday program is aimed at arming them with the skill in analyzing and understanding errors in their solutions, honing their analytical skills and, to better comprehend questions posed in the papers.

Writing Experiential Class (K2 to Primary 3)
This is an experiential programme that complements the MOE English curriculum. Designed to work together with what your child is learning at school, the programme focuses on cultivating the importance and desire to write through understanding the creative aspects of writing.

We are the Wild Things! (Ages 5 to 7)


Experience the thrill of immersive story telling in this five-day workshop where children take on various roles to tell the story. Working in groups with physical movements, music and dramatization, the workshop will culminate at the end of the week with an exciting performance by the children!

Hullabaloo is an art installation that resembles a whimsical landscape where children are free to crawl into tiny spaces to uncover quiet hidden realms and run around structures of brilliant hues. This encourages children to also see the space from different perspectives, imagine a world of magic, and immerse themselves in creative fun.

Sentosa Sandsation Marvel Edition
Look forward to meeting your favourite superheroes at Sentosa Sandsation! Internationally-acclaimed sand sculptor, JOOheng Tan and his team will be creating 15 larger than life sand sculptures of iconic Marvel superheroes. In addition to the headlining display, be prepared to enjoy an array of interactive Marvel-themed activities that will allow you to show off your very own super powers.

Zoo Zoom Day
Experience the Singapore Zoo on wheels rather than on foot. Back for the second year, Zoo Zoom Day is the only day when you are allowed to cruise around the park with non-electric mobility devices like bicycles and scooters. Plus, don’t miss out on activities like the ActiveSG Sports Try Out Area and the Strider Obstacle Course for children. If you don’t own any mobility devices, don’t worry – SG Bikes will be available for rent in the zoo at SG Bikes’ prevailing rates.
