If there’s anyone who could whip up dishes for a sumptuous family spread, it would be Diamond Kitchen. Just in time for the back-to-back day of celebration for parents in May and June, the Malaysian-Chinese-style seafood restaurant has launched five new set menus and four exclusive dishes, available for two periods – 1 to 19 May (Mother’s Day) and 1 to 20 June (Father’s Day).
The new sets meld both new and old dishes into menus catered to the number of guests, with the smallest for four to five people (S$288++) and the largest for eight to 10 (from S$488++). Along with signatures—such as the Wasabi Prawn, Thai Style Crispy Fried Trotter, and Braised Bee Hoon with Live Boston Lobster—the new dishes are not to be missed either. Highlights include the unique 5-Step Diamond Kitchen “Duck Rice” prepared over three days through five methods of cooking, as well as appetiser Crispy Fried Potato Slices with Salted Egg for the salted egg enthusiast.
On the a la carte side, opt for their mainstay Diamond Gan Xiang Crab (market price) and Sauna Prawns (S$24/S$36/S$48) to round out the decadent, celebratory nosh.
Finally, kids also get to enjoy their time at Diamond Kitchen! A new play area themed around ocean life and special guest appearances by mermaid performer Syrena during weekend lunches will make the visit fun for all.
WIN! We’re giving away 2 sets of Diamond Kitchen vouchers worth S$100 each!
