If you’re looking to gift the mooncakes and would prefer a less sweet option, you could go for the White Lotus Paste with Single Yolk, which is also available in mini size.

The St. Regis Singapore

Handcrafted to perfection by Yan Ting’s Dim Sum and Pastry Chef Vanness Chai, this year’s mooncake menu offers traditionally baked mooncakes as well as an ensemble of snow skin mooncakes that features three entirely new creations—the locally-inspired Chendol Paste with Melon Seeds Snow Skin Mooncake, the sweet yet savoury Taro Paste with Salted Egg Yolk Truffle and Almond Flakes Snow Skin Mooncake, and the bubble tea-inspired Royal Milk Tea Paste with Oolong Tea Truffle Snow Skin Mooncake.


Keeping things traditional, the restaurant also offers traditional baked mooncakes that have been crafted out of silky smooth white lotus seed paste with premium ingredients such as flavourful salted egg yolks and fragrant Yunnan ham, and baked until a perfect gold-hued skin is formed. Available flavours include the signature White Lotus Paste with Single Yolk or Double Yolks, the highly-popular White Lotus Paste with Assorted Nuts and Yunnan Ham, the luxurious White Lotus Paste with Four Yolks and the reduced sugar selection, Reduced Sugar White Lotus Paste with Macadamia Nuts.
